Sharp Serviettes can print in one or two colours on all of our products except Super Savers. We can print as little as five cartons of napkins.

Minimum Set-up Costs

Print proofing is done in-house, so costs are kept to a minimum.
Where artwork is supplied by the customer, the only set-up cost is usually a small charge for the printing plates.

We can generate artwork from a business card or a letterhead at little or no cost. Finalised artwork supplied by disk or email will attract no artwork charges, and will result in the best print quality.

Short Lead-Times

Once print-proofs are signed off the print job is entered into our production schedule. A custom print order confirmation is then issued with an expected printing date. Lead times for printed serviettes are 21 working days, commencing from the day we receive a signed proof.

Print Options

We are able to print on any part of the whole napkin, to within 10mm of the edge.
We stock a wide range of colours including metallic gold and silver.
We can use screening  to obtain impressive results, even with just one ink colour. There is no extra charge for this option.

Artwork Formats

Artwork supplied should be print-ready – not a sketch or rough drawing.

We prefer artwork to be supplied by email or on a CD-ROM, in an EPS format. Other formats that are suitable include: PDF, High resolution TIFF, JPG, and most other formats. Both PC and Mac files are acceptable.

If this is not possible, then we can also work with artwork supplied as a printout, or with letterheads and business cards. In these cases there may be a one-off artwork charge to cover our costs.
